TERM OF AGREEMENT PERFORMANCE CURRENCY COMPENSATION
Except as otherwise provided, all monetary amounts referred to in this Agreement are in USD (US Dollars)
The Contractor will charge the Client for the Services at the rate of $ __________ per hour and incurred travel, living and work location related expenses (the "Compensation").
Pre-approvals by Client for travel, living and work location related expenses are not required
A deposit of $__________ (the "Deposit") will be payable by the Client
For the remaining amount, the Client will be invoiced as follows:
Labor hours will be invoiced every 14 days
Incurred expenses will be invoiced every 30 days
Labor hours Invoices submitted by the Contractor to the Client are due immediately upon receipt
The Compensation as stated in this Agreement does not include sales tax or other applicable duties as may be required by law and will be invoiced to the Client as incurred
REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES AND PENALTIES FOR LATE PAYMENT
The Contractor will be reimbursed for reasonable and necessary expenses incurred by the Contractor in connection with providing the Services
A 15-day payment grace period is allowed on incurred expenses invoice(s) only
Any late payments will trigger a fee of 2.50% per month on the amount still owed
